Below is a list of courses that I’ve taught since the fall of 2008.

Adobe Dreamweaver

This course teaches students how to use Adobe Dreamweaver to create, organize and expedite the Web site creation process.

HTML & Web Design

This continuing education course teaches students the history of the Web, browser interpretation and Web Standards. Students use text editor programs to write HTML, CSS and to create basic Web page layouts. An emphasis on practical applications and real-world projects is emphasized.

jQuery

Formerly motion graphics, this course taught students how to add interactivity to their Web pages using the jQuery JavaScript framework. Emphasis was placed on learning basic JavaScript syntax for working with jQuery and graceful degradation.

Intro to Interactive (Renamed Intro to Web)

This course teaches students an introduction to HTML, CSS and basic Web layout methodologies. Students use text editors to craft Web pages manually.

Interactive Computer Design II

In this course, Graphic Design students learned how to create interactivity with the Adobe Flash software program.

Design Concepts 1: Web Design

This course was formerly the introduction and overview to Web site design. Students used Dreamweaver to organize and create Web sites.

Software Series: Photoshop

In this elective course I taught Photoshop to students of all majors.

Digital Illustration III

This course teaches Illustration students how to use Flash to illustrate and animate their work.
